英國FSCS：10月和11月共有16家公司存在違約行為

英國金融服務補償計劃（FSCS）宣布，在2021年10月1日至11月30日，共有16家公司存在違約行為，與2021年8月1日至9月30日期間的違約公司數量​相比有所增加。

FSCS表示，倘若消費者與其中任何一家公司進行交易，並且因此遭受損失，均可向FSCS申請索賠。

FSCS首席執行官Caroline Rainbird表示：“金融公司停止交易並且背負債務會對消費者造成一定的壓力，這就是為什麼我們要提供專業的索賠處理程序。”

經FSCS調查，確認以下16家公司違約：

• A. W. Dallas Financial Services Ltd, 交易名為Portfolio Pension Consultancy (FRN 481208), Unit 2 Langdon House, Langdon Road, Swansea, SA1 8QY.

• Acklam Financial Ltd (FRN 223707), 261a Acklam Road, Acklam, Middlesbrough, TS5 7BP.

• Armstrong Campbell LLP (FRN 437244), 9 Murton Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE13 9AF.

• Border Cars (Dumfries) Ltd, 交易名為Motorhomes, BCM, BM Services, Border Cars (FRN 309061), 130-132 Terregles Street, Dumfries, Dumfriesshire, DG2 9DX.

• Broadlands Partnership Ltd, 交易名為Manning Gee Investments (FRN 565547), 41 Ludlow Street, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 1EX.

• Fortuna Wealth Management Ltd, 前身為Fidelis Wealth Management Ltd, AWG Financial Ltd (FRN 774173), 24 Cannon Road, Wombourne, Wolverhampton, WV5 9HR.
