CONSOB再封禁5個非法金融網站，總數達785個！

負責監管義大利金融市場的監管機構Nasionale per leSocietàe la Borsa（CONSOB）已下令封鎖5個非法提供金融服務的網站。

依據《增長法令》，也即2019年6月28日第58號法律第36條第2款授予的權力，CONSOB可以封鎖在義大利非法提供金融服務的網站。

5個被封鎖的網站詳情如下：

• “Clearpoint-fin/Clearpoint Capital”（網站 https://clearpoint-fin.com 和相關網頁 https://account.clearpoint-fin.com）

• “Cryptohold”（網站 https://cryptohold.pro）

• Vermillion Consulting LLC（網站 https://tedex.live 和 https://tedex.trade）。

• “InstantTrade.com” e “TradingSR” （網站 https://instanttrade.net 和相關網頁 https://panel.instanttrade.net 和 https://trading.instanttrade.net）。

自2019年7月CONSOB獲得封鎖欺詐性金融仲介網站的授權以來，被封鎖的網站數量已上升至785家。
